ARE YOUR PRICES FIXED?
Yes. As well as the base cost of the product you are paying for a bespoke, hand painted, customised item that takes a long time to produce. our products are produced to the highest standard and are made to last. Prices are set for a reason.
DO YOU TAKE REQUESTS?
Yes. Please contact us via the 'Contact Us' page or our social media. Please include a brief description of size, placement and some reference images in your message so that we can price the design accordingly. You can browse our existing products to get an idea on what your request might cost.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We ship all over the world :)
CAN I SEND YOU SHOES I ALREADY HAVE?
Provided you clean them as well as you can before hand we do allow customers to send in their own Items to be customised. Please contact us to arrange this and queiry pricing.
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
Yes. Providing the process has not already started. When you place your order please contact us to request changes in colour, text etc.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
We aim to complete every order ASAP but please allow up to 4 weeks processing time. This excludes delivery times.
